International student homestay for females only in the Maillardville area of Coquitlam. No pets. No smoking. English is the main language spoken in the home. I have 18 years of homestay experience. You can trust me to assist you and provide you with a safe and comfortable place to live while you study in Canada.
Two clean and comfortable rooms available. Each room is single occupancy and fully furnished. Rooms have wood floors, a single bed with clean linens, closet storage space, a beside table, a lockable door for privacy, desk, chair, and lamp. WiFi and other utilities (water, heat, electricity) included. Accommodation includes laundry once per week per person.
Simple breakfast included in price. Additional meals (lunch and dinner) can be included for an additional cost.
The home is owned by a busy professional worker with a full-time job (who sometimes works from home), and is wanting to assist students studying abroad to help them feel supported as they get more comfortable living in a new area. Happy to help as much as possible.
The townhome is conveniently located just steps away from a bus stop (just outside the townhouse), and also walking distance to Superstore, lots of restaurants, lovely parks, a recreation centre with tennis courts, Cineplex movie theatre, and a short bus ride to the Braid Skytrain Station which can connect you easily and quickly around the lower mainland. SFU University and FIC are the closest universities/colleges for international students. Easy and direct bus trip to Douglas College in Coquitlam and to Coquitlam Town Centre shopping centre.

Wooden floors, a comfortable bed with clean linens, closet space (plus under bed storage, study desk, chair, lamp and beside table. Bathroom is private to guest unless a 2nd students arrives, then both student would share a bathroom.
