Spacious under-bed storage (that acts as a second wardrobe!).
Two pillows are included. At your arrival you will find fresh mattress and pillow protectors ready for your.

Tall wardrobe (h 236 cm) for keeping all your clothes well-organized.

XL desk (140x60 cm) perfect for all your study and work activities, complete with an adjustable lamp and one chair.

The house has a common balcony you can access with a panoramic view for your relaxing moments.

STRATEGIC LOCATION
Hospital Policlinico G.B. Rossi & University (Borgo Roma Campus): the apartment is in a TOP position. Just a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride away

City Centre: The Roman Arena, Piazza delle Erbe, and Juliet’s House are just 3 km from your doorstep.

Flat Rate for Utilities: Euro 100,00/month covers electricity, water, gas, heating, ultra-fast Fiber Wi-Fi and one monthly professional cleaning service for common areas. TOTAL COST: Euro 620/month (Euro 520 for rent+ Euro 100 for flat utilities)

Ask us what you need: extra services are available upon request (e.g., linen/towel kits or bike rentals).

2) SUPPORT YOU: We know choosing an apartment can sometimes be not easy; feel free to ask us what you need to help you make the best choice, and we will be very honest in our answers.

3) RESPECT: We all love socializing and Verona really offers plenty of spaces where you can have fun; however, our home is where we recharge. To respect everyone’s activity, relaxation, sleep, study, or hospital shifts, we don't allow house parties/disturbing activities.
