Upstairs, two additional bedrooms benefit from natural light and views of the surrounding area, complemented by a shared bathroom — perfect for comfortably hosting larger families or groups.

The basement is a true leisure and charm area: a billiards room for lively games and an impressive wine cellar that can hold around 1,000 bottles — an exclusive feature that is sure to delight wine lovers.

The property also includes a cosy mini apartment with an independent entrance, fully integrated into the house’s dynamic.
