Dormitory is perfectly communicated with other areas of Warsaw Śródmieście and the rest of the districts. Excellent connection with the Center of the City, the Old Town and access to the Vistula Boulevards, where the nightlife takes place, are not the only amenities. The nearest bus stop is 160 meters away, and the nearest tram stop is only 350 meters away. Many faculties of the University of Warsaw located in the Old Town can be reached by bus in just 15 minutes, and the University Library is only 10 minutes away by public transport from the dormitory. The new student house will be housed in two interconnected buildings, which have 8 and 12 floors respectively, with a total area of 5,239 sqm. This translates into 149 rooms with as many as 214 beds. Some in premium suites.
