The flat is located in the coolest and most popular district of Vienna “Neubau” and is ideal for those who like to live centrally and at the same time enjoy the benefits of a living environment in the inner city.
The flat is located in the immediate vicinity of the Museums Quartier, the Famous Ringstraße and the lively Danube Canal.

The shared flat is newly renovated after highes standards (3 rooms) is mixed and ideal for all newcomers to get to know new people. Also the neighbor flat is from us. It is located in a very nice building and is fully furnished like all of our flats. It is equipped with a kitchen with a fridge, cooking utensils and crockery, a washing machine and WiFi. All rooms are of course separately accessible.

In your room (top 11 - number 3 in the floorplan) you will have a double bed, a wardrobe with mirror, a bedside table, a desk, a chair, shelves and lamps.
