Dear students,
We are looking for a student to rent this beautiful 14 m2 room in a shared student apartment in the 17. district of Vienna, on Hernalser Hauptstraße from July onwards.
The apartment has 5 bedrooms in total. The tenants get along with eachother very well.

The room is furnished with a bed, a desk+chair and a wardrobe. Each room can be locked seperately. There is a shared, fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom with shower and toilet.

The contract for the room is for a period of 3 years but can be cancelled after a minimum stay of 12 months within a 2-months notice by the end of February, August or September.

The rent is EUR 490,- per month plus an additional EUR 70,- per month for utilities (heating, electricity, internet). So in total it is EUR 560,-

The deposit is EUR 1120,- and has to be paid when signing the contract.

There are no pets allowed and also no smoking inside the apartment.
