This chic loft studio was built in a former vaulted cellar and combines elegant style with the wonderful feeling of home.

The 34m² apartment has been furnished to a high standard with everything your heart desires: cozy living area (which can accommodate a 3rd guest if needed), smart TV, comfortable bed and a fully equipped kitchenette with induction stove, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine at your disposal.
In addition, a walk-in closet has also been installed with the custom-made mezzanine, rounding out this downtown gem.

The bathroom has been freshly renovated and equipped with a wellness shower, so that nothing stands in the way of a relaxing start to the day.

For this, by the way, the large terrace is ideal, where you can make yourself comfortable with a cup of coffee.

Walking distance to the city center, the marketplace or the Kurhaus/Staatstheater is wonderful.
The Rhein-Main-Congress-Center is only one block away and the train station is also within walking distance at 1km.
Due to the location in the rear building, it remains quiet enough, regardless of the outstanding location in the middle of the city, for a restful sleep overnight.
