This is huge apartment. There are 14 rooms. The apartment is adapted to 15 people (usually double room is rented as premium single room, so there are 14 persons in the apartment), who can live in comfortable conditions:
- 4 bathrooms: 3 complete bathrooms (in each shower, washbasin, toilet) and an extra toilet make the bathroom access better than any other apartment (comfortable use of the bathrooms as the tenants confirm)
- There are two washing machines in the laundry, electric clothes dryer and a normal dryer, ironing board and iron.
- kitchen: 3 fridge-freezers; 2 dishwashers (You always can load to another dishwasher instead of putting dishes into a sink); Plenty of place, so everyone can hold their belongings on their shelves; Utensils, plates, cutlery, pots, toaster, juicer, waffle maker, blender, mixer, all openers, bowls, glasses, pressure coffee maker etc. (all in the right quantities + general rule as tenants think that there is not enough, I buy more.)
- Cleaning: As part of the media fee, every week you receive cleanining service of all common parts. Everybody knows when and for what is responsible. 3 persons are responsible for one duty in the same time, so it quiet easy to keep cleanness in the apartment. Specially that every week you will receive cleaning service.
-It's very important for me to find nice, young people for the apartment. According to tenants, the atmosphere in the apartment is very good. Very often I heard from tenants that they spent great time in our apartments. (During check outs comments like: "I love this flat" or "It was amazing living here" are pretty standard for this apartment). They had possibility to know students from all over the world. Last academic year there were only foreigner students here. For sure all of your flatmates will speak at least English.
Ussually in academic semester periods over 90% of flatmates are Eramsus students:
- Internet 2 nets 80 + 80 Mb/s, Wi-Fi
- Prices depends on which room you will choose and from when and until when do you need the room.
- UF = 490 PLN= Fixed Utilities fee: PAYMENTS related with: the use of media (water, heating, electricity), cleaning service every week (also detergents, dishwasher tablets, dish liquid etc.), the Internet and all other payments incurred by the Landlord and paid to the Condominium in relation to this apartment. All is included and price for utilities/service will not change.
