The apartment is ideal for 1-3 people who want to work, study, visit relatives or go on holiday in Wuppertal for a while. It offers a lot of space and is located in a preferred area of Wuppertal-Elberfeld.
A maximum of 3 people (1 sofa bed in the living room) + 1 small child (we can provide a travel cot and high chair with a baby insert) have space.
The living space
The apartment has a bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a flat screen TV, a large, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a dining table, a winter garden with a view of the garden, and a bright bathroom with a bathtub. The floors are covered with light gray laminate and the apartment is heated with modern infrared heaters. .
We expressly do NOT rent the apartment for celebration purposes, but exclusively for residential purposes.
The apartment is on the first floor of a small apartment building (6 parties) in Wuppertal-Elberfeld.
The bus stops are only about 50m away. It takes about 7 minutes by bus to get to the main train station / the city center and maybe 10-15 minutes to get to the university.
By car you are in 3 minutes on the A46 in the direction of Düsseldorf (approx. 20 minutes) and in the direction of Dortmund.
There is a forest right next to the house - well suited for daily jogging or just a walk. The large garden can be used in summer.
All additional costs are included except for the final cleaning.
For long-term tenants of 1 month or more, the 14-day apartment cleaning (floors, surfaces, bathroom and bed linen change - approx. 2 hours) is included.
Access for guests
This is a complete, self-contained apartment. So of course you have access everywhere :-)

Modern infrared heaters!
Bus almost in front of the door, motorway 3 minutes away, forest next door, large garden behind the house.
The center of Wuppertal, including the pub and trendy district Luisenstraße, is only about 5 minutes away by car, 7 minutes by bus and 15 minutes on foot. And you can celebrate well in Wuppertal.
Suspension railway ride? Super - but only works in the valley axis. Not to the door :-)
