The flat is ideal for stays by business travellers or families. This beautiful and freshly renovated flat on the ground floor of a Wilhelminian style building, located in a quiet avenue, is characterised by its upscale interior design. The property includes a spacious and a smaller bedroom, a bathroom, an eat-in kitchen and a cosy living room. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen leads into the living room and bathroom. The bedrooms, are modern and invitingly furnished. The window faces the quiet avenue and offers a view of the Art Nouveau houses opposite. In each bedroom there are two single beds (each 100x200 cm), which can be comfortably placed either together as large double beds or separately. The rooms can be darkened with curtains. There is also a desk available. The cosy living room (also fitted with blackout curtains) has two large sofas, one is a sofa bed with a very comfortable reclining surface of 140x200 cm. Entertainment is provided by the large smart flat-screen TV with streaming functions (YouTube, Netflix etc. are already pre-installed so that you only need to log in with your account). The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, mirrors and shelves. There is also a hairdryer, towels, shampoo, shower gel and soap.
