The newly renovated and fully furnished apartment is located in a well-maintained residential complex in northwest Munich, near the Westkreuz S-Bahn station.

Good transport connections. 50m away: Bus stop (5 min bus ride to the S-Bahn station (Westkreuz) with connections to the city center, the main train station and Marienplatz (15-20 min) or connection to the U-Bahn).

Quietly located, suitable for up to 2 people. The apartment consists of one room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a hallway.

The bright and comfortably furnished living/bedroom offers a double bed (140x200), a sofa bed for 2 people, an LCD TV, a dining table, 4 chairs, a wardrobe, and a wall unit. There is also a coat rack in the hallway.
