The apartment has been furnished in warm tones and is ready for immediate occupancy: living and dining area with open fitted kitchen, open sleeping area with double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and large wardrobe, as well as a balcony across the entire width of the apartment. Bed linen, towels, dishes, cutlery, cookware and a washing machine are available, as well as a Smart TV and Wi-Fi.
The rent is an all-inclusive rent: ancillary costs, heating, water, electricity and Wi-Fi are included, there are no additional payments. The apartment is designed for one person or a couple sharing the double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). Rental period minimum 3, maximum 12 months. Rental directly by the owner.
The stated rental period of 12 months is not a fixed end date: a longer stay is gladly possible by arrangement. Just contact us.
