★The space
The apartment is a very comfortable open space designed flat and it is fully renovated! The space can accommodate 2-4 people thanks to a queen bed & the living room sofa-bed and has access to a large bathroom with very big shower and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a floor to ceiling curtain that offers privacy to the bedroom area. The flat has access to small back balcony with sitting area for 2 people so you can enjoy the beautiful Athenian weather from the morning till the evening.

Exarchia is one of Athens’ most distinctive and intellectually vibrant neighborhoods, making it especially appealing for students who value independence, creativity, and a strong cultural atmosphere.
