Nostus üzerinde rezervasyon talebini gönderirsin ve ev sahibi onaylayana kadar senden ücret alınmaz. Talebin kabul edildikten sonra ilk ayın ödemesini onların platformunda yaparsın; senden ek belge istenebilir, örneğin:
- Kimlik kartı veya pasaport
- Ödeme gücü belgesi

Varış tarihinizi, anahtar teslimini ve diğer her şeyi doğrudan ev sahibinizle görüşün. Ayrıca çoğu sağlayıcının, eve varışınızdan yalnızca 48 saat sonra paranızı ev sahibine aktardığını da unutmayın.

Location: The apartment is located in between 2 train stations: Viktoria Station(Green Line: Metro 1) and Attiki Station(Green Line: Metro 1 and Red Line: Metro 2). Each station is 11 minutes by foot (850m). The closest bus stop (Αγ. Παντελήμονας) is 3 minutes by foot from the apartment. It is near the Athens University of Business and Economics (AEUEB), specifically it's 11 minutes by foot (850m). It's also near the National Metsovio Polythechnic University (14mins by bus) and the Mediterranean Collage (11mins by foot- 750m). The location of the apartment allows you to move with ease to every corner of Athens since it's located within the city center and surrounded by metro and bus stops. The closest super market is 2 mins away by foot (Market In) while a big Lidl supermarket is within a walking distance. There are pharmacies as well as plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and food spots with cuisines from all over the world. About the apartment: The apartment has just been renovated this year (2026), and it has 3 bedrooms in total each rented separately. The whole apartment can be rented to a single tenant, if interested and only after discussing it with us. The entire apartment is 85m² wide on the elevated ground floor of the building. The bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony, are shared with all the tenants, as common areas. Each bedroom has its own lock and key for additional privacy. About the room: The room is 7.66 m² wide, fully equiped with bed, desk, chair, closet, mirror, nightstand and Air Condition. The bed is single with pillows provided. Amenities: The apartment is equiped with fridge, washing machine, TV, microwave, stove, oven and many more appliances to insure your comfort! With high grade security doors and with solar panel that ensures hot water for everyday use. Each bedroom as seen in the photos has windows installed for natural light. The kitchen contains the basic utensils needed and and the bathroom is lockable. Payment: Within the price of the monthly rent: the building maintenance fees (κοινόχρηστα), the water bill and the electric bill are all included. However, there is a limit to the energy and water consumption. Further clarifications and house rules are given upon confirmation. There is a security deposit amount of 350€ that will be refunded upon departure as long as there isn't any property damage or unpaid monthly bill from the guest.
