In 33 square meters optimally distributed you will have all the comforts to enjoy your stay in Barcelona.
In the day area you will find a spacious living-dining room with an integrated kitchen, an absolutely cosy space thanks to the textures of the materials that make up the space. It has a comfortable armchair and TV, as well as an area with a desk. The fully equipped kitchen has all the appliances and utensils for day to day life.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a wardrobe, a toilet and a separate shower.
The flat also has heating, air conditioning and wifi.
Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, this flat is located in the heart of one of Barcelona's most famous neighbourhoods. Surrounded by different bars, restaurants, as well as pharmacies and supermarkets. It is also 20 minutes away from the Maremagnum shopping centre and a number of Barcelona's characteristic attractions, museums, churches and parks among others.
The closest metro station is Barceloneta (L4) and it is also close to Estación de Francia, Barcelona's bus and train station.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price
LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.
The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
