Coliving üzerinde rezervasyon talebini gönderirsin ve ev sahibi onaylayana kadar senden ücret alınmaz. Talebin kabul edildikten sonra ilk ayın ödemesini onların platformunda yaparsın; senden ek belge istenebilir, örneğin:
- Kimlik kartı veya pasaport
- Ödeme gücü belgesi
Haydi, içeri gir
Varış tarihinizi, anahtar teslimini ve diğer her şeyi doğrudan ev sahibinizle görüşün. Ayrıca çoğu sağlayıcının, eve varışınızdan yalnızca 48 saat sonra paranızı ev sahibine aktardığını da unutmayın.

A penthouse located in a fully refurbished premium property in the heart of Sant Gervasi, with period details, bright, with three 25 sqm terraces, natural parquet floors, and quiet and pleasant neighbors. Connected to the center by train (Av. Tibidabo and El Putxet stops) and bus, and with supermarkets, Mercat de Sant Gervasi, sports clubs, cinemas, and restaurants nearby.

It has 6 rooms: 1 suite with a terrace and private bathroom, 4 exterior double rooms and 1 single room. All rooms have very comfortable double beds, bedside tables, large wardrobes, desks for teleworking or studying, mirrors, and heating.

We can help you obtain any kind of visa, NIE, empadronamiento, etc. as an extra service (only for stays of a minimum of three months).

Check-in must be done during working hours (Monday to Friday, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., holidays not included). Arrival after hours will be charged as a complementary service.

The age range of our Colivers is between 19 and 35 years old, including both men and women from all around the world. All of our apartments are mixed, meaning you'll share the space with both male and female housemates. In general, our community consists of people pursuing master's degrees and/or working professionals.
