The room features a comfortable bed ensuring a great night's sleep, a nightstand, a large closet providing plenty of room for your clothes, and your desk where you can let your creativity flow, and you are free to make it your place to relax and reset! However, bedding is not included but there is a pillow and mattress protector for hygienic reasons. The shared and fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to cook comfortably. There are two large bathrooms that are shared.
Please note:
- Twice a week cleaning of the common areas is included in the rental price.
- General insurance is included.
- Maintenance of any inconvenience is included.
- Contracts, invoices, etc. included.
- We are always available in case of queries and incidents. Just mention the apartment and room number in a text. Contact us for more information.
- A 50€ final cleaning fee applies, which is deducted from the deposit.
- The contracts are monthly, starting on the first day of the month and ending on the last day. Tenants must leave the apartment on the last day of the contract month at 12:00. This way, the cleaning team enters and finishes their service so that the accommodations are available the next day, the first of the following month, for the new tenant
