I am renting out my newly renovated and fully furnished one room apartment in Berlin Schöneberg for a fixed temporary period. It is a first time occupancy after a careful and extensive full renovation. Over the past months, I have renovated and furnished the apartment with a lot of time, care and attention to detail.
Many things are completely new, including the kitchen equipment. The apartment comes with a brand new dishwasher, a brand new washing machine, and everything needed for everyday life. It is fully furnished and designed so that you can simply move in and feel at home right away. The apartment has 35 square metres of living space. In addition, a storage room and a cellar compartment can also be used.
The apartment is located very quietly in the rear building of a beautiful traffic calmed street in one of the best areas of Berlin, in Schöneberg between U Kleistpark and S Julius Leber Brücke, right by Crelleplatz. Despite its central location, the apartment is pleasantly quiet. At the same time, it is very well connected and surrounded by many cafés, restaurants, shops and charming neighbourhood spots.
The apartment is especially suitable for people staying in Berlin for a limited period of time, for example for an internship, a project, a semester, a work related stay or a transitional phase. The monthly total rent is 1,300 euros. This already includes internet, electricity, utilities and the TV and radio licence fee. No additional contracts need to be arranged. Official registration at the address is possible without any problem.
I am generally flexible regarding the rental period. However, I plan to move into the apartment myself in the future once my current housing situation changes. That is why it is important to me to agree on a clear fixed rental period with a definite move out date from the beginning.
