II am renting out a fully furnished apartment in Neukölln, close to Körnerpark.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet rear building, so it feels calm and private while still being in the middle of a lively neighborhood. It is not directly visible from the street or from the outside, which gives it a very protected and private feel. The apartment is very quiet and surprisingly bright, as there are no trees or buildings directly blocking the windows. Right in front of the window there is a small green area that can be used or planted, almost like a little garden.
The apartment has two rooms, including a separate bedroom, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a comfortable living/work area.
It comes fully equipped with everything needed for everyday living: WiFi, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, desk, bed linen, towels, and a built-in wardrobe with lighting, clothes rail, and shelves. The wooden parquet flooring and stucco details give the apartment a warm and classic Berlin feel.

Public transport is also very convenient. S+U Neukölln, with access to the Ringbahn and U7, is only a few minutes away by foot.
