The apartment is located in the most beautiful and trendy district of the city. Discover the city's coolest bars, restaurants and cafes. Or take a walk to the famous shopping street in Berlin, the Ku'damm. The building is located close by to the U7 Station (Adenauerplatz) and to the S3,S5,S7 (Savignyplatz).

The friendly dining area invites you to a joint dinner with friends or family. After work, you can relax on the beautiful couch and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker oven and a fridge-freezer, as well with a brand new coffee machine.
The apartment is bright and spacious with just the right amount of things to feel comfortable and enjoy yourself. The apartment has a double bed 140x200, a dining table and four chairs and a kitchen with everything you would need. The bathroom has a shower, so you can relax after a day of exploring the city.
