Daire açıklaması

This beautiful apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, light, and convenience.
Bathed in direct sunlight throughout the day, the space feels both cozy and spacious, ideal for relaxed living.

The apartment features one comfortable bedroom with king sized bed, bathroom, and a private balcony with stunning views of Charlottenburg Castle; perfect for morning coffee or evening unwinding.

In-unit washer, elevator access, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and stove, making everyday living effortless.

For entertainment, the home is equipped with an excellent sound system and a projector for immersive movie nights.

Located in a vibrant neighborhood, the apartment is close to numerous U-Bahn lines and the S-Bahn station, offering quick and easy access to the rest of the city.

This apartment is incredible vibes and we are always so sad to leave.

Not for people with a Cat Allergy.

Staying here comes with the OPTION of caring for my very sweet, mild mannered cat named Miso. You would have to take care of him every month and be responsible for him but he is very chill.

But if you don’t want to, he will go to a sitter’s house. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

If you DO stay with Miso, you receive:
-A discount from the rent
- Gym membership with Sauna access nearby
-A routine cleaning service
-And the best companion anyone could ever ask for the winter months.🙂‍↔️🫶🏽

I would prefer someone who has experience with cats. But he loves everyone. He is a loverboy.

OPEN TO COUPLES

**

At the end of your stay a deep cleaning fee of 100€ is deducted from the deposit.

Interviewing from September 25th. If you are in Berlin, you can come and view the apartment, just reach out to make an appointment!

Final tenant(s) will be chosen as early as possible, but by November 1st the latest.
