LOFTY 101 is a spacious 75 m² open-plan studio loft designed for comfortable extended stays. Fully equipped for one person or a couple—and able to accommodate a baby upon request*—it features a clearly defined sleeping area with a European queen-size bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), a comfortable living area, a large, fully equipped open kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a generous dedicated workspace for working or studying.

The loft has two separate bathrooms: one full bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink, and one guest bathroom with a toilet and sink. It also includes a closet and a separate storage room with space for luggage, boxes or bicycles.

Its most distinctive feature is the patio, which opens onto the loft to create an integrated second living area, with a dining table for four, tropical plants and a stone wall that brings warmth and a connection to nature. Its partially retractable roof can be opened on warmer days, and the patio also includes a fully equipped laundry area.

LOFTY is a smart building with keyless digital access, automation and monitoring, offering a comfortable, private and secure living experience.

Located in La Salle, in one of the most attractive areas of Chapinero Alto, the loft is just steps from specialty cafés, chef-led restaurants, pizzerias, galleries, design shops and local markets. Several of Bogotá’s leading universities and business districts are also within walking distance or a short drive, making the location particularly convenient for professors, postgraduate students and professionals.

Zona G is 900 metres away and Bogotá’s Calle 72 financial district is 1.5 kilometres away. Avenida Chile, Zona T, Andino Shopping Centre, Parque de la 93, the International Centre and the historic city centre are also easily accessible.
