It is fully and luxuriously furnished and ready for immediate stay with no additional investment required.
The location is among the most sought-after in the city – within walking distance are two major shopping malls, the Danube promenade with restaurants and a marina, the Slovak National Theatre, the main bus station, and excellent transport connections. Despite its central location, the surrounding area offers a calm, quiet, and safe environment suitable for accommodation.
A modern reception desk with 24/7 operation is available, ensuring a high standard of comfort and security. This apartment is an ideal choice for discerning guests seeking a combination of luxury, excellent accessibility, and a premium address. Accommodation is provided for a fixed term, for a maximum of 60 days.
The accommodation includes services associated with the stay, including full cleaning of the apartment, replacement of bed linen and towels prior to the guest’s arrival, as well as the provision of a spare set of bed linen and towels. During the stay, cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels are provided once per month. A welcome package including bottled water, Nespresso coffee capsules, nuts, basic bathroom amenities, and hotel slippers is also provided.
