BeONE is a project by 2ONE2 that introduces a modern approach to rental living. Even its name carries meaning — it sounds like the Slovak word “bývam”, which means “I live.” This connection reflects our vision: Work. Live. Connect.
Designed for students and young professionals, BeONE combines quality housing and privacy at an affordable price. Private apartments are complemented by shared spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, creating opportunities for connection and community.
Located at Špitálska 61 in Bratislava’s Old Town, BeONE offers unmatched accessibility. The building is just a few minutes’ walk from Americké námestie, one of the city’s key public transport hubs. From here, tram and bus lines provide direct connections to the Central Business District at Mlynské nivy, universities, the main train station, and Eurovea shopping center. The historic city center is only a short 10-minute walk away, with cafés, restaurants, and shops right at your doorstep.
