• The window looks onto a quiet garden, not the street – good for sleep and video calls
• A real desk and fast Wi-Fi – set up for full working days
• Sofa bed with a proper mattress – comfortable every night, not just for a weekend
• Kitchen with everything you need for everyday cooking
• Washing machine in the flat, iron and ironing board, wardrobe so you can fully unpack
• Air conditioning for summer, underfloor heating for winter
• TV with Netflix and YouTube

THE LOCATION
• Tram stop right in front of the building – about 10 minutes to the city centre, easy to get anywhere in Bratislava
• 8 minutes on foot to Tehelné pole (national football stadium and sports area)

GOOD TO KNOW
• Paid street parking around the building – park in any free spot
• Public EV charging station on the building’s grounds
• Self check-in with a key box – I send all the details personally before you arrive
• House rules are simple: quiet hours 22:00–6:00, sort your waste, no smoking, no parties
