This apartment is located on the 7th floor from total of 8 floor in renovated residential building with elevator. Total usable area has got 81.7 squared meters plus balcony.

Thanks to a well-thought layout, you will be surprised by a large hall from where you will enter all rooms immediately after you enter the apartment. The apartment is really spacious and has a large living room, two separate bedrooms, a kitchen with a balcony, and one room of smaller size which can be used as a study room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment is rented fully furnished, that means it will be refurbished according to the tenant's requirements.

This apartment is furnished with quality furniture, the materials of highest standards and with very modernly furnished interior, which is after complete reconstruction. You can find here specialities like: new solid wood interior doors, expensive Tupai design fittings, one of the finest Marmoleum floors, genuine crystal chandeliers, beds from solid wood, air conditioning in all rooms, security doors.

The first bedroom, which is really luxurious, features stylish wallpapers, a large double bed made of solid wood, built-in wardrobes with sufficient storage space and finally royal curtains. The second bedroom is identical, but with two single beds. The largest room in the apartment is the living room, which is still in the process of furnishing, it has a very pleasant lightning and massive dining table, two comfortable armchairs, a closet with shelves, fancy curtains and a genuine crystal chandelier. The last room is the smallest one and can be used as a study room. The kitchen is separate, newly furnished in white color and backlit, with a built-in stove with a gas plate, a refrigerator (combined with a freezer) and has a glazed balcony with a view of courtyard. The bathroom has a bathtub and a comfortable double sink. The apartment also has a washing machine along with a tumble dryer. The toilet is separate. There is another storage space in the hall and the old wardrobe. Of course there is an internet connection.

The residental building underwent a complete reconstruction - thermal insulation, new elevators, gates, bells, new clean redesigned common areas. Parking is seamless.

The apartment is for more demanding clients.
