1. After payment of the holding deposit, you will be provided with a ‘cooling off’ period that will end on the earlier of:

(i) the commencement date of your residential tenancy agreement or

(ii) 48 hours after payment of the holding deposit,

2. During the Cooling Off Period, you will be entitled to inform the property in writing that you are cancelling your booking, in which case your booking will be cancelled and the holding deposit will be refunded in full to you.

1. If your application for an Australian student visa is denied or not provided by the Australia Government, you may request in writing for your booking to be cancelled in which case your booking will be cancelled and the holding deposit and all fees paid by you will be refunded in full.

2. In order to qualify for a Full Refund, you must provide the property with:

(i) written proof of the relevant circumstance.

(ii) a minimum of 2 weeks’ written notice prior to the commencement date of your residential tenancy agreement

(iii) a duly completed Refund Form.

If you are not accepted into any education facility you applied for, you may request in writing for your booking to be cancelled in which case your booking will be cancelled and the holding deposit and all fees paid by you will be refunded in full.

2. In order to qualify for a Full Refund, you must provide the property with:

(i) written proof of the relevant circumstance.

(ii) a minimum of 2 weeks’ written notice prior to the commencement date of your residential tenancy agreement

(iii) a duly completed Refund Form.

The property accepts:

1. Payment in full.

2. Fortnightly payments.

Credit card, Debit card and Bank transfer.

No guarantor is required by the property.

Dual occupancy available on Large Studio Apartment with an additional AUD 50 per week on top of the full year/ semester rate.

The bed size must be a minimum of a Double Bed Size.
