Two rooms apartment 85m2 (= 915 square feet) at the Bratislavská street in a walking distace to the center and the unique view at the old Brno city center. The apartment is brand new with equipped kitchen (Fridge, induction Owen, Owen, microwave, dishwasher) and the basic equipment (plates, cutlery, pan, mugs, glasses, ...). There is also a dining table in this room, expandable sofa for temporary sleeping of additional 2 guests, TV, table and a lamp. In the bedroom, there is a big double permanent bed 180x200cm for 2 persons and a Home Office corner. There is also a WiFi connected via optical 1Gbit internet. The further advantage is a small separated room containing wardrobe with vacuum cleaner, and an ironing set. Bathroom is separated from the WC. In bathroom there is a washing machine. The whole apartment is at the 12floor of a newly built Complex "Ponávka Tower", it is equipped with air conditioning facility as well. You can also use a private garage spot close to the elevator under the house. Close to in the neighborhood there is an Albert supermarket opened daily 6-21 as well as a public swimming pool with sauna. It should re-open newly refurbished in January 2027. The city center is in a 5-10 min. walking distance close.
