Accommodation in Červený kopec (Red Hill) location in Brno, in a quiet street with free parking close to the centre.

The studio is situated on the 1st floor (without a lift) on the premises of a former hotel Rustikal with unconventional architectural design.

You will find here all necessary things for your short-term or long-term stay. In the equipped kitchen there is an electric cooker, fridge with a freezer, microwave oven, kettle, all kinds of dishes and a dining table with 2 chairs.

The double bed is large enough 200 x 160 cm, including blankets and bed sheets. To create additional sleeping space for visitors you can use the sofa which can be unfolded.

A comfortable desk and a swivel chair are available for you to work. The apartment also offers plenty of storage space, including an extra room where you can store, for example, a bicycle.

The bathroom includes a toilet, bathtub and washing machine.

In addition, you will have internet connection (wi-fi), ironing board, dryer with pegs, towels and dish towels at your disposal.

You can get to the centre by tram from the stop Nemocnice Milosrdných bratří or by bus directly from the street Červený kopec.

You can go for walks along the nearby river Svratka - there is also a cycle path leading to the Brno reservoir or to the Olympia shopping centre. For a beer, we recommend a popular pub with an outdoor terrace in Kamenná kolonie.

The advantage of the location is also the proximity of the BVV exhibition centre, administrative centre Spilberk park and the motorway to Prague, Bratislava, Vienna.
