Nearby is a bus and tram stop Otakar Ševčík with buses 44.74, 84 and night connections 89 and 98 and tram 12. The house is on a side quiet and safe street where you can park for free. The location of the house makes it easy and fast connection to the Main Railway Station, Brno Airport and the D1 motorway.
Pets and smoking are not allowed in the property. The apartment is also not very suitable for families with children.

The three-room attic apartment is furnished in a modern style. There are two separate rooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and separate toilet. The larger 16-square-meter room features a comfortable wooden double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The second smaller room is equipped with two couches, a work desk, and a wardrobe. The living room is connected to the kitchen and dining area. Everything is modern and comfortably equipped, in the kitchen you will find a microwave, fridge, and dishwasher.
