How Can You Secure the 30% Off?

Complete the booking process by December 24th, 2024.
The booking must start in January or February 2025.
The booking must be for at least 3 months.
The apartment offers a total of six rooms, with shared kitchen, shower, and toilet facilities. Located in the heart of the city center, it provides convenient access to metro line 3, just a short 2-minute walk from the nearest stop. Public transportation is easily accessible, and you'll find a variety of amenities in close proximity, including shops, restaurants, a bank, a pharmacy, and a bakery.
The shared kitchen is equipped with common facilities such as a fridge, microwave, kettle, pots and pans, cups, plates, and cutlery. For bathing, there are three showers available, with one designated for females and two for males. Additionally, separate female and male toilets are provided.
The price displayed is per person for this two-person room. Inside the room, you'll find two beds (Bunk beds, where the upper bed is intended solely for storage purposes), a desk with a chair, lockers, wardrobes, and a window overlooking the corridor.
During the winter period, the lessee shall pay an additional amount of 50€ per month, for the heating service, between September 1 and March 31.

The minimum rental duration is three months.
