Room in the 120 sqm flat is in the heart of Budapest, in the quiet and safe district 6.
The apartment is at the Kodály körönd, close to the Oktogon, it’s surrounded by public transport (Metro 1, Tram No. 4-6, Trolleybus No. 73, 75). The flat is in one of the Kodály körönd's four leading buildings.
The apartment is on the second floor, the building has one elevator. The flat consists of a huge living room, windows facing Kodaly Square, 100% south oriented, 3 bedrooms with double bed in each one, table and huge wardrobes, kitchen and 2 complete bathrooms with toilet and tub. The flat is equipped with a dishwasher, and washing machine, with a big fridge, oven, microwave, wifi,...etc. it’s a perfect place for students or working people.
This is Room 2 in the flat, if you see the layout you will see it identified with the number 10
UTILITIES:
- Utility costs will be based on actual consumption. If the total consumption of water + gas + electricity is higher than 225€/month the extra cost will be charged 1/3 to each room.
IMPORTANT: - A one-time administrative fee of €200 applies when renting the room (this payment is made only once upon signing the contract).
- Our apartments are rented without bed linen or a duvet (unless otherwise agreed upon in specific terms).
- All our apartments include basic Wi-Fi.
- This apartment can be rented by a group of students or professionals. Please submit an inquiry on behalf of the entire group and let us know how many people wish to rent it.
