- Ödeme gücü belgesi

Varış tarihinizi, anahtar teslimini ve diğer her şeyi doğrudan ev sahibinizle görüşün. Ayrıca çoğu sağlayıcının, eve varışınızdan yalnızca 48 saat sonra paranızı ev sahibine aktardığını da unutmayın.

The house is an antique refernished house with high ceilings, laundry area, huge roof to sunbathing or exercise, living room, and full kitchen facilities.
The people who shared the house are four girls and three boys, from 20 to 40 in a nice but quiet atmosphere.
The rent includes electricity, washing machine, central heating, cleaning service at common areas (living room, kitchen bathrooms), wi fi internet, etc.
The rent is U$S 420 dolares or 600 mil argentinian pesos per month (room with privated bathroom U$S 550). The deposit is one month refundable at the end.
The location is one of the best in the city Recoleta area with cafes cinema and parks.
