This 163-square-foot room on Boston's Central Square (Cambridge) is a spacious, well-kept and appealing room in a 3-bedroom apartment. The furnishing status may, or may not be adjustable for an additional fee, upon a request, depending on the availability.

The Space:
Combining elements of rustic charm and modern convenience at a price that is tough to beat, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit will not be on the market for long. Located in the Central Square neighborhood of Cambridge, Massachusetts, this first-floor apartment includes large windows for lots of natural light, beautiful hardwood flooring and wainscoting, high ceilings, and HVAC heating. Constructed in 1900, this newly remodeled townhouse features a fully-applianced kitchen with a dishwasher. Spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space can accommodate queen-size beds and workspaces.

Bordering several Cambridge neighborhoods, Central Square is a diverse and flourishing commercial district inside the Boston metropolitan area. Due to its location, Central Square is home to many young professionals and college students who commute for work or school. People between the ages of 25 and 34 make up approximately 32-percent of the population here. Known for its exciting nightlife and fantastic dining options, Central Square boasts a friendly atmosphere and walkable streets. You will find no shortage of places to shop along Massachusetts Avenue. From authentic Irish pubs and music venues to craft breweries and DJ lounges, you are sure to find something you will enjoy in Central Square.

For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours.
