Welcome to my little haven in the heart of Cannes.

I’m renting out my own apartment while I’m travelling in Asia for a few months this winter, and I’m looking for someone who would love to make it their home during this time.

Located in the peaceful République neighbourhood, the apartment is 39 m² and includes **one bedroom, a cosy living room and Wi-Fi.

What I love most about this place is its location: everything is within walking distance. The train station is about 10 minutes away, and you can reach the Palais des Festivals and the sea in around 15 minutes on foot. Cafés, restaurants, shops and everyday amenities are all close by.

At the same time, the apartment is tucked away on a quiet and peaceful street, away from the bustle of the city. It’s bright, cosy and feels like a little cocoon where you can slow down, work, recharge and enjoy life in Cannes.

It would be particularly well suited to a remote worker, digital nomad or someone looking for a cosy home on the French Riviera for a few months this winter.
