Hyde Park West Apartments and Townhomes is located in lovely Hyde Park. You will have a choice of living in a studio, one-, two-, or three-bedroom apartment, or a three- or four-bedroom townhome. The apartments are located in a controlled-access, high-rise which provides beautiful views of the park and the Chicago skyline. The townhomes each have their own private entrances and include a basement with washer and dryer connections.
Hyde Park West is conveniently located near the University of Chicago, minutes from downtown, numerous parks, schools, museums and so much more. Your new home is within walking distance to shopping, dining and entertainment. You are only minutes from I-94, making it easy to head out of the city when so desired.
Cats are permitted, with a maximum of 2 cats per unit. A non-refundable fee of $300 per cat and monthly pet rent of $35 per cat apply. Approval is subject to the property's pet policy and requirements.
