The apartment has a balcony, which make the place look much bigger and can provide a lot of space when used well.

Mostly musicians live in the house, who accompany you with their music from time to time on your way through the hallway ☺ However, the thick apartment walls make sure that as soon as you have closed the apartment door, nothing can be heard from the neighbours.
