Looking for a place to stay for a limited period of time, but would enjoy having company? Then you've come to the right place! This apartment has everything you need to live, work, and unwind. As part of a shared flat you're never alone — yet you can always retreat to your own spacious room.

One of two rooms is offered in a 63 sqm shared apartment (coliving) for working professionals, for a tenancy of at least 6 months. The room itself is approx. 23 sqm. The flat-rate rent covers the apartment, electricity, gas heating, water, internet and all other running costs. It amounts to €950.00 per month, all-inclusive.

The apartment consists of two fully furnished rooms plus a kitchen, a bright bathroom with daylight, a washing machine (shared by both tenants), and a hallway with wardrobe space. It comes with a dishwasher, a separate fridge for each tenant, and fast WiFi.

It's ideal for working professionals looking for shared accommodation for a limited period of time. The room on offer is move-in ready and has everything you need for a comfortable everyday life. The apartment is designed so that shared activities are possible — but never obligatory.

The apartment is centrally located in Erlangen.

Room features
The room offers ample space for a full living, dining and sleeping area side by side. It faces west and has exclusive access to its own balcony, overlooking the quiet inner courtyard.

The room is fully furnished: a 1.4 m wide bed, a large wardrobe, a sideboard with TV, an extendable table with two chairs, an armchair with footstool, a nightstand. Curtains can be drawn all the way around the bed, and there are curtains at the windows too.

The room offers ample space to quickly and easily put away work or study materials, laptop and other tech, clothes, shoes, sports gear, and anything else you'd rather not have lying around.
