The apartment is located in a four-story building between the Duomo and the Santa Maria Novella train station, on a quiet street. The tram stop to the airport and other parts of the city is 300 meters away. The supermarket, pharmacy, and bank are 200 meters away. Restaurants, bars, and shops of all kinds are within a 5-minute walk. The apartment was renovated 5 years ago. It consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a small closet. A living room with a sofa bed, table, TV, and a spacious sideboard with drawers and doors. A kitchen complete with a dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, microwave, dishes, a large refrigerator, and both American and Italian coffee makers. A bathroom with a window, shower, and heated towel rail is also included. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, inverter AC (one split in the living room and one in the bedroom), and heating. The kitchen and living room have large windows facing the interior, making them quiet for studying.
The apartment is on the second floor without an elevator. The possibility of parking a bicycle in the building's entrance hall is yet to be confirmed.
