This fully furnished apartment is located in an excellent area in the city center, near Palazzo Pitti, Boboli Gardens. It offers you a comfy bed in a shared bedroom with a private bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with 2 singles bed, a wardrobe and a desk. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower. All comfort is there to make you feel home :) The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a double room with private bathroom, an attic on the upper floor with its own bathroom.

This property s located in CENTRO - Porta Romana, beginning of Via Senese just before the Boboli Gardens / Pitti. The area is well served by different amenities; shops, restaurants, and bars. The public transportation is well connected to all part of Florence.

RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY:
UTILITIES: based on actual consumption. About 65 € / month.
