Are you Female Tenant looking for a room to move in? This Great Penthouse is suitable for 6 girls, academy students or university. The ATTIC apartment completely renovated and it is spacious on several floors and with en-suite bathrooms. This property is located on the second floor of a small building.

The common spaces in this apartment count a large entrance, a large living room, dining room, and an adjacent kitchen. For bedrooms, there are 3 singles and 2 double room: one on the one level and the other is on two levels (check the photos). Going down and from the corridor, you enter another double room on two floors with private bathroom, a double room on one floor with private bathroom and on another level of the same house there is a single room with private bathroom. All comfort is there to make you feel home :) Enjoy Your Stay in Florence!

The property is located in via d'Ardiglione, an excellent area, a few steps before Ponte Alla Carraia, just 5 minutes walk from Piazza Pitti, 10 min from Piazza Della Repubblica. All shops, markets, restaurants, bars, and other amenities are close by to ease your life. The neighborhood is well served by public transportation, the station is just 15 min from the property and from there you can reach all part of Florence.

RECURRENT EXPENSES TO PAY:
The monthly rent NON includes expenses for Wi-FI and Utilities FOR 120 EURO FIX PRICE . (* NB: at the end of the rental period an adjustment will be made on actual consumption for utilities.) RENT 520+130 BILLS ALL INCLUSIVE --FIX PRICE ,you will have a fix price during all your stay

This agency fee includes check-in and check-out costs, contract registration, maintenance costs, assistance in case of breakdown of appliances, WA group dedicated to assistance during the entire period of stay.

- DEPOSIT: a deposit 2 times the rent price+ bills, is required at the entrance, which will be returned at the end of the period in the absence of damage to the property.
