The offered bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower , and a small PRIVATE TERRACE . The apartment consists of bedrooms, a large living room, and a kitchen. All comfort and equipment are available for you to ease your stay and enjoy your student in Florence.

The property is located in a well-served AND CENTRAL area -SANTA CROCE ZONE -, in Via dei Martiri del Popolo, at few minutes walking from DUOMO of Florence , very convenient and nearby different university. This location is close to shops, supermarket, restaurants, and historical landmarks. Public transportation is available and connects the neighborhood with all part of Florence
