HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore, exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible before the booking.

Booking Process:

To reserve your accommodation, please first send a message, then complete the form that will be provided to you and submit it via chat along with the required documents.

At the time of booking, you are required to pay only the first monthly rent for the selected room.

At check-in, the following will be due:

-The Students Club fee (our service fee)

-A security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent, which will be refunded at the end of your stay, subject to conditions

Students Club Fee:

Initial fee: €495.00 (one-off)

Annual renewal: €330.00

This administrative fee includes:

Property damage insurance

Contract registration and administrative management

24/7 dedicated assistance

Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance

Monthly cleaning of shared areas

Annual cleaning of curtains and sofas

Check-in and check-out management

Painting (if needed) and final cleaning at the end of the lease

All our accommodations feature an All-Inclusive formula, covering all utilities, taxes, and condominium fees.
