I am looking to sublet my flat from 5.3.2027 until 26.6.27.

The flat is bright, comfortable and fully furnished (with the exception of a washing machine, which is coin-operated and in the basement). It is about 45qm big, 1.5 rooms, includes a balcony and suits a single person best but could accommodate a couple. It is situated in a quiet residential area in Frankfurt-Niederrad.
The majority of the flat consists of a spacious single room, with a sleeping nook behind a half-wall and an open kitchen/dining area. The half-room offers storage.

The flat is close to Frankfurt am Main Universitätsklinik and has good access to public transport. There is a bike a future tenant may use. Two tram stations going via Uniklinik to main station are a 5min walk away, as is the bus station that connects to Frankfurt Airport. In the area, there is also a S-Bahn station connecting to Mainz/Wiesbaden.
Right next to the apartment building, there is a supermarket. More markets as well as a drugstore, some takeaways and cafes are in the immediate area.
For recreation, there is a public park close-by, as well as the Stadtwald and an open-air public pool (open during summer). The football stadium is within walking distance.

Taking the tram, you will be at Uniklinik in 10min, at main station in 20min. It takes 30min to get to the airport by bus.

The monthly rent for this flat is 1110 Euro. This covers heating, water, electricity and internet costs.
During your stay, there is cutlery and dishes as well as towels and bedsheets available for you to use.

In the residential area where the apartment building is situated, parking opportunities are extremely limited. Move-in/move-out is no issue, but I would suggest parking further away if you're bringing a car. The flat does not come with a parking space on the adjacent property.
