This cozy home was renovated in 2024 and is located on the second floor of a small apartment building in the lively residential district of Billstedt. It features a large balcony, a spacious living/bedroom with an open-plan kitchenette, and a practical bathroom with a window.

The spacious living/bedroom area is furnished with a comfortable armchair and footstool, a large double bed, and a cozy rug. A practical living room cabinet with a mirror also offers ample storage space. A small TV stand with a TV ensures cozy evenings with exciting movies. For maximum privacy, you can close the windows with thick curtains. The living room and bedroom also lead to your wide balcony. You can enjoy your first coffee of the day in a relaxed atmosphere on your large balcony.

The open-plan kitchenette features a small dining table that can be extended into a large table. Two comfortable seats allow you to comfortably enjoy your meals or tea. The practical kitchenette includes a sink, a work surface, a stove, and an oven. The refrigerator also has a small freezer compartment. The closets provide ample storage space.

The bathroom was completely renovated in 2024 and features a large window, a shower, a toilet, and a sink with a mirrored cabinet. The bathroom is functionally designed and offers the usual amenities. A shared washing machine is located in the basement.

The U2 Merkenstraße subway station is almost on the doorstep (approx. 400 meters away). It takes just 15 minutes to get to "Berliner Tor."
