The bright and friendly maisonette apartment is located in the attic over 46m2 plus the upper loft area. Downstairs there is a large living area with fitted kitchen, dining table (with 5 chairs) and cozy sofa corner, which invites you to read, watch TV or socialize. The television is a 50” HD TV. There is also a router next to the TV, which provides you with fast Internet (100 Mbit/s). You will find the access data for the WLAN in the advertisement so you can connect easily. You will find 3 sockets with USB connection for charging cell phones etc.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, dishwasher, kettle, DeLonghi portafilter coffee machine, filter coffee machine, French press coffee machine, toaster and all the equipment you need in the kitchen as well.

In the bedroom downstairs there are 2 single beds which can be put together to form a 1.80 m x 2 m double bed and a closet. Here you will find a selection of books to pass the time.
The bedroom, like all other rooms, can be darkened with thermal blinds.

The daylight bathroom has a shower, WC, washbasin and an electronic mirror with changeable lighting and Bluetooth connection. You are welcome to use the washing machine. Instead of washing powder, I have an environmentally friendly Wash-Egg, which you simply add to the laundry as it is.
