Nostus üzerinde rezervasyon talebini gönderirsin ve ev sahibi onaylayana kadar senden ücret alınmaz. Talebin kabul edildikten sonra ilk ayın ödemesini onların platformunda yaparsın; senden ek belge istenebilir, örneğin:
- Kimlik kartı veya pasaport
- Ödeme gücü belgesi

Varış tarihinizi, anahtar teslimini ve diğer her şeyi doğrudan ev sahibinizle görüşün. Ayrıca çoğu sağlayıcının, eve varışınızdan yalnızca 48 saat sonra paranızı ev sahibine aktardığını da unutmayın.

A lovely, cosy, spacious (35 sq.m.) peaceful garden studio apartment with a large, sunny open air deck veranda and a garden space (approx. 25 sq.m). Located in the back yard of a modern building, in a highly wanted, absolutely safe residential area, just moments from the heart of city center (approx. 10-15 min walk-1,4 klm). The studio is thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate up to two roommates, since it provides one comfortable queen- size bed (1.60*2.00c.m ) and a comfortable sofa bed. Bus stop for Universities or hospitals are in a short walking distance. Many students have lived in this building before, exactly for this reason: easy access to Univeristies or hospitals (practice in medicine) but in a walking distance for the vibrant city center. The neighborhood also is an asset: All daily amenities are on your feet: big supermarkets, grocery, bakery,meat market, pharmacies, pastry house, cafes, family local restaurants, taxi stations, public transport, doctors, services etc.. The biggest park area Eukalyptus is just within a 5 min walking distance, under the spectacular Venetian Walls for slow long walks or jogging, facing marvellous views above the city and the endless blue horizon of cretan sea and sky.. The apartment also provides a desk for studying with a chair, a bookcase, a dining table/chairs, a long coffee table, a large built- in wardrobe, a smart 43 ' TV and a washing machine. It is fully air -conditionned for heating and cooling and has private access in a fenced large sunny deck veranda with outdoor furniture. The glass windows are double-gazed and are equipped with a mosquito net. The apartment features one renovated bathroom, a fully equipped small kitchen with a fridge, induction stove, oven, small appliances, kitchenware, clothes iron/ironing board, cleaning equippment, dryer rank etc. Wi-Fi with unlimited data is also available (optional by 30 euros/month) and an electric water heating system too. Utilities such as electricity ( 120 euros /month) water supply and common building costs (35 euros) - are paid seperately. It is a non smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. The entire place is possible to accommodate one or up to two roommates. The apartment is thoughtfully designed and has a very good energy retreat, vacational vibe.
