The apartment combines a quiet atmosphere with an excellent location: only a few minutes’ walk to Innsbruck University Hospital, the University of Innsbruck, and the CCB Innsbruck. The historic city center is also easily reachable on foot.

The apartment features a premium 160x200 cm bed, fast 5G internet, a 50" Smart TV, electric exterior blinds for complete blackout, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster. Bed linen, towels, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, as well as a starter set with shower gel, shampoo, and soap are included.

Special attention is given to cleanliness, comfort, and uncomplicated living. Thanks to the smart door locking system, 24/7 arrival and self check-in are possible. The apartment also offers generous storage space and an optional lockable basement storage area for bicycles or ski equipment.
