The stylishly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a listed residential building in the heart of Durlach's old town. The cultural monument has just been refurbished to a high standard. The interesting room layout in a historically modern ambience and the tasteful furnishings make this apartment a real gem. You can reach Apartment No. 1 either via the historic staircase or via direct access in the living area. The apartment was completely furnished by an architect. True to the motto: arrive and feel good. You can expect a spacious living and sleeping area with a comfortable real wood parquet floor (oiled oak). The high-quality box spring bed ensures restful nights and the spacious mirror sliding door wardrobe also offers you sufficient storage space. You can have a good time in the cozy living area with armchair, stool, side table and reading lamp. A swiveling 43 “LCD TV is also part of the apartment. During the renovation, parts of the old substance such as the historic doors could be preserved, which means that the rooms offer a distinctive charm between new and old. The spacious kitchen with its bright dining area invites you to linger. A fully equipped fitted kitchen is also part of the apartment. The rooms are flooded with light, thanks to high new windows, which are optically modeled on the historical windows, but which are state-of-the-art in terms of heat and sound. Location: The former residence town of Durlach is the largest district and one of the best residential areas in Karlsruhe. The listed residential building is centrally but quietly located in the beautiful old town of Durlach. Enjoy the advantages of "city life" with its gastronomic and cultural diversity and at the same time benefit from the local recreation area within walking distance. In a minute you can walk to the palace square and the pedestrian zone with numerous cafes, restaurants, bakeries and service providers. All shops for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity. You can walk to Durlach train station in around 10 minutes. You can get to Karlsruhe city center in just 15 minutes by tram (stop directly at Schlossplatz). The A5 motorway (exit KA-Durlach) can also be reached in a very short distance.
