This cozy studio apartment has a fully furnished kitchen annex, a small flat-screen TV, double bed (140x200 cm), microwave, washing machine, decoder, refrigetor with freezer, toaster and a private bathroom en-suite.
The bed is a double size with a comfortable mattress. The place can host up to 2 people (perfect for a couple or a single).

The apartment is around 24 m2.

THE DEPOSIT IS NEGOTIABLE (LOWER AMOUNT) FOR A PERIOD SHORTER THAN 3 MONTHS.

There is a service of bed linens and towels available for the tenants (upon previous request). The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.

The apartment is on the second floor (1st staircase, no elevator).

Stradomska studio apartment provides an accommodation between the Old Town and the Jewish quarter of Krakow, in the charming and famous Stradomska street, within a close walking distance of Wawel Royal Castle and Vistula River. This studio apartment is on the road that connects Jewish district and "Stary Miasto", so it gives you the opportunity to explore the coolest areas in the city simply on foot.

In Stradomska, one of Krakow's most trendy streets, in the winters you can sip your coffee and watch the snowflakes from your apartment, while in summer you can cycle outside and stroll by the river. You can find everything you need in the apartment. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV, a double bed, a washing machine, and a private bathroom.

The tenants can rent the drums (optional and if available, brand Tama).
Payments:
The first full month’s rent (30 days) must be paid through HousingAnywhere. All remaining payments should be paid directly to the Lessor before check-in and key handover.

Check-in & Check-out: Standard Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:00. Outside these hours or on weekends/holidays require prior arrangement with the Lessor and may incur a small one-time service fee.
